What is your standard lead time?

First time orders take 12 to 15 weeks. Re-orders take 6 to 8 weeks.

Do you allow 3rd party visitors?

Our facility is an audit friendly site. Inspectors or contractors are allowed access with approval by an officer of our company.

Do you have experience working with domestic and international regulatory bodies?

Yes, we have extensive experience working with regulatory bodies worldwide. We can help you navigate through this seemingly overwhelming process.

WHAT IS A QUALITY AGREEMENT AND WHY DO I NEED ONE?

A well-constructed quality agreement can be an important tool to enable effective collaboration between a brand owner and its CMO to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. A quality agreement is ideally constructed prior to entering into a financial supply agreement to ensure that all requirements are fully understood by both parties so they can be adequately addressed as part of the overall business agreement. The quality agreement does not relieve the brand owner of responsibilities under cGMP regulations. 

Can you provide customer references?

Customer confidentiality is extremely important to us. We maintain a policy of trust with our customers by keeping their information confidential.

Are you licensed, bonded and/or insured?

Yes, we have a cosmetics manufacturing registration and a drug manufacturing license.  We also are insured and a copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request.

What are you minimum order quantities?

Minimum orders range from 5,000 to 10,000 pcs depending on fill volume. Check out our Economies of Scale graph to see if your project fits with our capabilities.

Do you offer warehousing of finished goods?

No, at this time we don't offer warehousing or fulfillment services.  When manufacturing is complete, finished goods are shipped FOB our dock in Chino, CA or Batavia, OH to your warehouse or distribution center. 

Do you offer turnkey services?
